About my experience
I am a senior consultant, manager and entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience across finance — including retail and private banking and alternative investments — and insurance, complemented by more than ten years of entrepreneurial experience and longstanding expertise in the equestrian sector.
My current activities focus on strategic and business advisory, asset & fund management advisory, project and transaction structuring, business development and the strategic and operational support of companies and investment vehicles.
I advise on business and investment-related strategy, project development, transaction coordination, stakeholder management, strategic oversight of assets and portfolio companies, corporate governance and management support.
My areas of expertise span finance and alternative investments, new technologies, commercial and leisure real estate, infrastructure and services, luxury and lifestyle, events, sports and the equestrian sector.
With a background in communications, marketing and business development, I have further developed my expertise in e-business and corporate governance.
As a creative and growth-oriented manager, I take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making, combining strategic development with disciplined execution, sound processes and a focus on sustainable performance.
I am committed to continuous improvement, team development and the integration of ESG and CSR principles into corporate strategy and culture. My working approach also incorporates Agile principles.
